A southwest Michigan woman has been told that she's breaking the law because she watches her neighbors' children each morning before they get on the school bus.Lisa Snyder of Middleville says it's "ridiculous" that she faces fines and possible jail for being a good neighbor and watching two children for less than hour without getting paid.
State Department of Human Services officials told her last week that she was operating an illegal day care.
