The Biden Plan

I've been unemployed for awhile now and I am running low on cash..but as luck will have it, VP Biden shared with us the plan to keep me from losing it all. According to Finance Guru Biden, I need to spend money to keep from going bankrupt. Therefore, what little money I have left I will be spending like a kid who won the lottery.
