California is out of money and is now issuing IOU's. I think the Govenator just need to be more creative in raising revenue for the state:- He can charge people $25 to watch him shoot MJ's dead corpse out of a cannon.
- He can set MJ up in a dunking boothe and charge $10 to "Dunk the Dead Druggie"
- Sell pardons
- Help one of those Nigerian's out. He just needs to front them a small amount of cash, but the payoff is huge.
- Sell his sperm
- sell this autographed picture for $100 a pop
